Research on some problems of Military Logistics Center (Part 2)
v. technical requirements of military logistics center
the efficiency and integration of modern military logistics must be based on a number of modern storage, transportation, information and management technologies. It should be noted that at present, all kinds of logistics facilities in our army basically cannot reflect the characteristics of modern logistics informatization, and the traditional mechanization is still dominant. The lack of institutionalization of informatization cannot fundamentally change the inefficient operation of the existing military logistics, nor can it meet the needs of the high-speed and high-quality operation of the modern military logistics network system supported by the military logistics center. Therefore, in the planning and construction of the military logistics center, we must fully consider the development requirements of modern logistics technology, especially the main line of informatization, It runs through all parts of the military logistics center
first, build automated three-dimensional warehouses. Automated three-dimensional warehouse is the basis of modern logistics. It has changed the backward face of labor-intensive and inefficient traditional logistics warehousing industry. Its characteristics are to store materials with high-rise three-dimensional shelves, store and store materials with roadway Stacking Cranes, and use the surrounding loading and unloading machinery to automatically carry out inbound and outbound operations. The military logistics center needs to have a large-scale automated three-dimensional warehouse, which we call "safe". Many different carbon nano materials can be described as "graphene" warehouses to meet the needs of large-scale military material circulation. In order to realize the rationalization of material storage and the fast and accurate incoming and outgoing processes, the following technologies should be paid attention to in the automated three-dimensional warehouse system
1. automatic recognition technology. The automatic identification technology of military logistics center should focus on the development of bar code technology and radio frequency identification technology, because at present, the development of these two technologies has been mature, and the application is wide, and the requirements for environmental conditions are not harsh, which is suitable for military applications. In terms of bar code technology, at present, countries have mature coding rules in terms of one-dimensional bar code and two-dimensional bar code. A large amount of information about military materials, such as goods name, quantity, shape, manufacturer, production date, arrival date, etc., can be stored in the computer of logistics card through one-time scanning of bar code, which greatly simplifies information processing and ensures the accuracy of information entry. Unlike bar code technology, radio frequency identification technology not only realizes non-contact operation, but also penetrates rain, snow, fog, ice, paint, dirt and reads cargo information in a bad environment where the bar code cannot be recognized normally by using the signal transmitted by the antenna to activate the cargo tag and read and write the data on it, and also has a very fast speed, It has great application potential in the storage of military logistics and the timely tracking of transportation, which will be discussed below. For example, in the "joint operation" in Bosnia, NATO learned the lesson of repeated transportation caused by the inability to track a large number of materials in the "Desert Storm" military operation, and improved the new logistics system for identifying and tracking military materials. The function of the en route transportation part of the system is realized by RFID tags attached to containers and equipment. RF receiving and forwarding devices are usually installed at some inspection points of the transportation line (such as gate posts, piers, etc.), as well as key places where materials stay, such as warehouses, stations, wharves, airports, etc. After receiving the radio frequency tag information, the receiving device quickly uploads the relevant location information to the communication satellite, and then transmits it to the information database of the military logistics center. In this way, whether the materials needed for war are stored in a warehouse or in the process of ordering, commanders at all levels can grasp all the information about the status of military materials in real time through this system
2. Automatic sorting technology. Facing the huge daily processing volume of logistics, the automated three-dimensional warehouse of the military logistics center must have an efficient material sorting capacity, so it should be equipped with and use the automatic sorter system. With such an efficient sorting system, as long as the management personnel of the logistics center input the material distribution sheet into the computer, the location indicator and variety indicator on the shelf storing the corresponding military materials can immediately display the specific location and required quantity of the picked materials in the warehouse. The operators can easily take out the specified variety, specification and quantity of materials from the shelf and put them on the conveyor belt by using machinery, Send it to the sorting area for sorting. This technology greatly improves the speed of material distribution and ex warehouse processing, reduces the working intensity of operators, and can control the error rate within a very low range
the second is to establish an automatic information processing system. Facing the wide variety and huge amount of information generated in the process of military logistics, considering the requirements of e-commerce for highly comprehensive information processing capacity, the military logistics center, as the main information intersection of military logistics network, must develop an automated information processing system. Among them, what we need to pay attention to and what we neglect in the current information construction is the development and application of electronic data exchange technology. EDI is an effective means of information management or processing. Enterprises become the transformation platform of new materials. It stipulates a unified standard format for the information in the supply chain. Therefore, with the support of this technology, all parties in the supply chain can make full use of the existing computer and communication network resources, so that the information exchange between each other can be realized directly through the network, improve the communication and efficiency between partners in the supply chain, reduce the error rate, and reduce the cost. At the same time, EDI is also the basis for military logistics to carry out business e-commerce, and it is also the basis for the military logistics center to become a comprehensive information center and further build into an EDI center. The military logistics center with the function of EDI center can not only provide basic information services to the upstream and downstream users in the military logistics network, but also carry out business information authentication and encryption and electronic seal services to ensure the authenticity and security of network information and the development of e-commerce
the third is to build a transportation visualization system. From the experience of the Gulf War and the Kosovo war, the degree of visualization of military logistics is directly related to the effectiveness of logistics support. It includes the visualization of inventory materials, in transit materials and material use. Compared with inventory materials, the visualization of in transit materials is a difficulty in the visualization construction of military logistics system, which is also confirmed by the practice of the U.S. military in the Gulf War. To this end, we need to introduce satellite positioning system, geographic information system and RF technology mentioned above in the construction of military logistics center. GPS and GIS usually work together to realize real-time and all-round monitoring of transportation materials. GPS uses multiple satellites distributed at an altitude of about 20000 kilometers to accurately measure the status of ground targets for positioning and navigation. It can be used for self positioning, tracking and scheduling of military logistics transportation vehicles. Through GPS and computer network, the dynamic information of vehicles, containers and transported materials of the whole system is collected in real time to realize tracking management. At the same time, with the close cooperation of GIS technology, the military logistics center can immediately find the truck from the numerous means of transportation moving in the highway and railway transportation in the region as long as it knows the truck and its type, model and country number, and obtain the rest or parking place of the truck now, as well as the delivery information of all on-board materials. Therefore, in the construction of modern military logistics center, we should pay attention to the development and use of GPS GID and RF technology are important and effective means to realize the visual management of military logistics transportation
