Facts have proved that even if we transfer technology, we will not be able to continue to innovate. Only when enterprises carry out re innovation and even special inventions on the basis of digestion and absorption, can the enterprise prosper and remain invincible. Therefore, increasing scientific and technological investment and establishing an effective scientific research and development mechanism are the fundamental measures for the development of enterprises. In particular, large enterprise groups should strengthen the construction of enterprise technology centers, provide a platform for innovative talents to display their talents, develop single technology into integrated technology, make use of the advantages of the combination of production, learning and research and the national policy support for enterprise innovation entities, organize strong technical forces to solve major scientific and technological problems and directional product research and development, and strategically solve the problem of sustainable development of enterprises

It can be said that the design ideas of designers and equipment can be fully satisfied. After the production of the enterprise reaches the level of industrialization, it is no longer necessary to improve the quality and stability of parts and components by increasing the tooling coefficient and using special machines, but can be solved by numerical control equipment and flexible processing lines; The assembly quality also gets rid of the situation that it depends entirely on the assembly personnel. 5. Improve the automation level of products

domestic printing machinery products generally have the problems of low automation level of auxiliary operation, many adjustment links, low work efficiency and unstable quality. Take the sheet fed printing machine as an example to improve the automation level of auxiliary operation of the printing machine, which mainly solves the functions of paper conversion pre adjustment, automatic plate loading, automatic rubber washing, automatic overprint, ink color remote control, ink balance, setting data transmission interface, etc. Extensive use of independent drive technology will greatly improve the automation level of printing machinery products. Although some domestic enterprises manufacture web paper small and medium-sized newspaper printing machines, and web fed gravure printing machines and slitting machines have successively introduced products using independent drive technology, they are only in the trial stage. This technology has been widely used abroad, and even independent drive technology has been successfully used in large web printing presses, wide flexographic printing presses, satellite flexographic printing presses, self-adhesive intermittent printing presses and sheet fed printing presses. The core of the independent drive technology is to use the servo motor or frequency converter to directly drive the printing cylinder, which eliminates the connection between the long shaft and the gear box among multiple units, and greatly simplifies the structure. At the same time, under the control of the driver, the problems such as tension control, overprint, ink balance, water and ink leveling, ink color control, etc. are solved, which reduces the auxiliary operation time and saves printing auxiliary materials such as whether the paper meets the alignment accuracy

6. Improve the process manufacturing level

the product prototype and a full set of design data can be introduced through multiple channels, or the product can be imitated and self digested, but the process technology contained in the product can only be studied and solved by the technical personnel of the enterprise. As we all know, it is impossible to map all the design ideas of a product, but the process technology and technical know-how cannot be mapped at all. This is the reason why it is difficult to create advanced products with advanced drawings. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the process work

process work covers a wide range. Process means, process methods, process standards and process technology are the core of the four process work. Enterprises should increase the investment in technological transformation. 7. Promoting the process of collectivization

8. Actively adopt international advanced standards

at present, the standardization of printing machinery products in China is not adaptable and the standardization level is low, which has become an obstacle to the development of products. In particular, in the current standardization system, there is only one national standard for sheet fed printing machine, there is no national mandatory standard involving environmental protection and safety, and there is no equivalent international and developed country advanced standard, which seriously affects the improvement of the technical level of printing equipment. In the new development period, we will conscientiously implement various national standardization policies, implement the development plan formulated by the national standardization management department from 2005 to 2007, complete the revision of the national standard for sheet fed printing machines, and equally adopt iso12648 and iso12649 international standards related to the safety of printing machines and post press processing equipment, so as to gradually improve the standardization system of printing machinery and continuously improve the standardization level. The standardization of printing machinery is a major event for the country and the whole industry. We hope that the country, the industry and the majority of beneficiary enterprises will pay full attention to it and jointly promote the healthy and comprehensive development of standardization
